Who is finding who?

We at Kings Land Surveying are so glad that fall is here and the extreme hot weather we had this year is gone.  Not only is our crew happy, but so are the birds.  Zack could not resist taking a picture of this beautiful parakett sitting on the fence watching them preparing a boundary survey at a property in Houston.

Paraketts are showing up more because people are letting them go as a pet no longer wanted or they manage to escape.  It is still rare to see these colorful paraketts living out in the wild – like they should be.  Most of us only see a parakett at the pet store or maybe you have one at your home.  It is serene to hear them tweet and sing.

Being a surveyor is never boring.  They never know what they will find and what will find them.
