What Are Your Boundaries?

Does this remind you of you and your neighbor?

Are you and your neighbor no longer friends?

Do you think their fence is on your property?

Have they been driving on your property?

If it seems like any of these circumstances apply to you, just know you’re not alone. We get many calls from neighbors who don’t know where their property corners really are. When the property is surveyed, the iron rods are set in the ground and over the years they become harder to locate with the growth of high grass and new trees. The rods may even get pulled up because of new construction or the addition of utilities.

So, if you’re having problems with locating your property boundaries, it may be time to get a new boundary survey.
